At the end of the design process, you will have a fully designed solar system and be knowledgeable about why we designed it in the way that we did, and when the best time is for you to consume your solar generation.

Our experienced solar professional will guide you through your solar hardware options, discussing the features and benefits of various brands and guiding you through the process to choose a system that is right for you.  During this period, we are happy to answer all your questions and provide you with any technical information you might need before deciding to go solar.

Once your customised solar quote is prepared, our solar team member will go over the details of the quote, educate you regarding solar production from your solar system, and offer advice on how to get the best from your new solar system.  We will explain the potential savings and government rebates available to you.  Most importantly, we will highlight how long your solar system will take to pay for itself!

Our experienced solar professional will explain all the components of your tailored solar system, any technical concerns or information. We can explore finance options, if need be, and discuss warranties and much more.

Once you have decided to go solar, you will accept our quote online and wait for our friendly admin staff to send you a welcome email.  At this stage we will request a photo of your switchboard and a copy of your power bill.

Then we have some paperwork to do!  But don’t worry we take care of it all for you, you don’t have to do a thing.  It’s up to us to apply to Ergon to get the ball rolling.

Our admin staff will call and arrange your system installation date.  Usually, the install will be complete in one day.  After the install there is yet more paperwork to do – but don’t worry, we will handle all the paperwork, permits and approvals required.  You will receive an email asking you to sign that we have completed the install so that you can access the federal government STC rebates!  Apart, from that you don’t have to worry about a thing.  On the day of installation, our solar panel installers will take care of your property and ensure we clean up any mess before we leave.
